Terms of Service
Sharon Tea Stall sells freshly prepared tea, coffee and related beverages at its counter. Prices listed on this website are indicative counter prices in Indian Rupees and may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
02 — Privacy
Privacy Policy
We collect only the details needed to fulfil an order — typically your name and phone number. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, except with the payment provider that processes your transaction. Card and bank details are handled entirely by the payment gateway and are never stored by us.
03 — Refunds
Refund & Cancellation
An order may be cancelled free of charge any time before preparation begins. If a beverage is not prepared, is spilled in handling, or a payment is charged twice, the amount is refunded in full. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please raise refund requests by phone or email within 24 hours.
04 — Fulfilment
Delivery / Fulfilment
All items are prepared and handed over at the stall counter, usually within 5–10 minutes of ordering. We do not ship products, and there is no home delivery.
